The Process
1. Book Your Scan.
Your first step is to get in touch and let me know what type of session you are after. For pregnancy, you will want to book well in advance for when you are between 32-36 weeks pregnant.
For newborns, we can tentatively pencil in a date approximately 1-2 weeks after due date as this is the ideal time to pose your baby sleeping.
A $200 deposit will be required to secure your booking once we have established the type of session and the date.
A booking confirmation will then be sent to you along with more information on how to prepare for your upcoming appointment.
2. The Session.
The session itself is very easy and is done at my home studio or in your own home.
I will start by going through a few notes and answering any questions that you may have. I will then will run you through different poses to give you an idea of what to do. I will have a selection of samples for you to look at, which will give you a better idea of how the sculpture will look.
The session itself should take no longer than 45 minutes for pregnant ladies or up to 120 minutes for newborn depending on how your baby is during our session.
3. Creating Your Art Piece.
Once our session is complete, I will start processing your 3D file before it is sent for printing/casting.
You will expect to receive your finished sculpture within 3-12 weeks, depending on the finish you select. It will either be personally delivered or sent via courier in a beautifully packaged box, ready for you to unwrap and place in its new home.
